Dear SurfLibertad Members,

First of all, I would like to apologize for disabling the cashout button for now. This is the first step in the changes we will be doing to our program, SurfLibertad.Com .

Here are the changes and the solution plans for us to move on and succeed and balance everything smoothly.

I. Changes
- ROA will be changed to 8% Daily for 15 days Payout (130%)
- Payout will be upon expiry
- Referral commission will be dropped to 3%

II. Plan
- First I will work on editing the front end of our website to reflect the new program details.
- Then I will calculate the qualified upgrades for each member to be moved to the new database
- After all this is done, I will, in 1 day, add all moveable upgrades to the new database
- The next day, surfing will be opened to all members.

III. Question & Answer
Q. Will I lose my money?
A. No you will not. Either you are in profit or you will get your upgrades moved to the fresh database.

Q. How is that?
A. Take this for an example, you upgraded total of $500 since you joined and you got paid total of $800 . This means you will not have any more upgrades moved to the new program because you are already in profit. But if you upgraded total $500 and you were paid only $300, then $200 will be moved to your account upgrades on the fresh database.

Q. Do I need to sign up again?
A. No you don't your member account remains the same, we will just be clearing out all stats to begin a fresh start.

These are the changes necessary for our program to run stable for a long time.

During this time I will need your cooperation and your support even more than you supported SurfLibertad in the past days. I will also work harder , better than what I have done in the past 50 days of working online on daily cashouts.

I am going to ask you to please give me April 5 to 7 as my days off, I just need to refresh myself from all the stressing days I have had for the past 50 days.

Ok, so I will disable upgrades now and no one will lose here, this is the way we will sort this out.
