I would like to inform you that LibertyReserve is half way through the process of becoming online once again. At this point, only their Shopping Cart Interface(SCI) is working properly which means that the members of SLA can upgrade with LibertyReserve.
However, the site itself is still not accessible for most parts of the world so i need to wait a little bit longer in order to log in the SLA account and make the necessary payments.
