Still have quite a few accounts to correct. We are seeing some members purchases updating daily without any problems. While other member accounts do not update. I am working as quickly as I can, but this is far more time consuming than I first realized. A number of upgrades expired, but didn't go pending. I do have a hardcopy of some I cycled last night, but didn't have time to go further. What I have done is enter a slot for these missing units (that I have on paper) into the pending table. No info is included other than your member number. Please do not send in support tickets for incorrect earnings, these are being added when I send payment. Today I spent half my time answering tickets, the other half processing payouts. Right now I still have 16 of the missing pendings that I recorded last night.
Please only send in a support ticket if your purchase expires and doesn't go pending. I will be going thru the database again to cycle purchases into pending, but not for at least another 24 hours. I am working as quickly as I can, but I am the only person working. So please be patient and the wait shouldn't be more than a few days (well within terms).
