Mar-18-2008 12:51:57 PM Hi everyone, First, would appreciate it if someone would post this on the different forums, been to busy to get to them. At this point I have completed payouts from the March 15th expired units, and into the 16th. A few members have been paid up to date, only because when I did the 15th,they had more pending. It seems some accounts are being credited correctly, while others aren't. PLEASE, only send in a support request if you have an upgrade that has expired, and is not showing in pending. Also, if you are missing a unit, (excluding those where I've cleared expired purchases that have been paid, members informed) Once I finish the current pendings, I will check the database for units that expired and didn't go pending. Will very likely simply pay it out in full, inform the member, and delete it. (Should save some time) We are expecting once the purchases from the old script have cycled thru, that everything will move smoother. Please note I have over 200 accounts to deal with, so if you have contacted us and not received a reply, we are not ignoring you. Have already sent out quite a few payouts today, would urge those who received payout to please post/vote. Will go a long way in reassuring other members that accounts still need done.
