Therefore can be Determined it is a Setting on One's own PC. If it was the Server or Script Everyone Would Experience this.

I have reports of a Site has A Virus ON it. I will be Checking Them and Deleting Site's. I do not Plan On Deleting all Site's, But if I cant seem to Find It, then I Will. I have Surfed a Couple Days and Have Not Found Any. if you have an Up to Date anti virus Software and other Security Software, you have nothing to Worry About.
